Who we are
Abi Karam is a property research and acquisition advisory based in Barcelona, Spain. We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect the details you enter: your investment objectives and preferences, name, email address, phone number, country of residence and any message. We also record the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters), the referring page, and the country your connection comes from.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, identity documents, bank statements or proof of funds through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a consultation (steps taken at your request before a possible engagement).
- To send occasional market research and updates, only if you ticked the optional marketing box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Your data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and may be held in our customer-relationship tools. We do not sell your data. We only introduce you to independent professionals, such as lawyers or tax advisers, with your agreement.
How long we keep it
If we do not go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 24 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To do so, reply to any email from us. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. It keeps the campaign link you arrived from in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so it can be sent with your request. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
